Free shipping on every order. Here's what to expect once you've checked out.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1 business day]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

Order tracking

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on arrival by your local customs authority. These are set by your country, are outside our control, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in [10] days, or your package appears lost, email us at hello@phlap.com with your order number. We'll help track it down and make it right.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
