Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love phlap. If it isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
30-day returns
You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with all original packaging. We may decline returns that arrive damaged through misuse or that fall outside the 30-day window.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@phlap.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.
Return shipping

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your phlap arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@phlap.com within [7] days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different phone model or want a fresh one? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Non-returnable items
The following can't be returned: items received more than 30 days ago, items not in their original condition, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
